Park accesses are not cumulative. A 3-night reservation entitles each guest to three 3-hour entries, to be used during their stay.

The 3-hour access is personal and non-transferable, and is available only to guests included in the reservation.

Please note that bringing food or drinks into the Indoor Park is not permitted.

The Adventure Circuit and Indoor Playground are not included in the complimentary access.

Aquashow Indoor Water Park is open from October to April (however, dates may be subject to change, so we recommend contacting reception in advance).

If the park(s) or any other area of the hotel is closed due to force majeure and/or maintenance, the reservation remains valid at the booked price and under the agreed cancellation policies.
